How long does shipping take for Himiway e-bikes?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery via our logistics partners usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What is the range of a Himiway electric bike on a single charge?
Most Himiway models are equipped with high-capacity Samsung/LG batteries, offering an estimated range of 35 to 60 miles depending on terrain, rider weight, and pedal-assist levels.
Do Himiway bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our e-bikes come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the battery, motor, frame, and electrical components.
What is your return policy for sports gear and bikes?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for e-bike returns that are not due to manufacturing defects.
Are Himiway e-bikes waterproof for all-weather riding?
Our bikes have an IPX4 water-resistance rating, meaning they are resistant to splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water.
